1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and win hq ("win hq," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the win hq online gaming platform accessible at win-hq.app (the "Platform").

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the win hq Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). win hq supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as made available from time to time.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your win hq wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. win hq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

win hq's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win hq account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win hq does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Termination and Suspension

win hq reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon termination, win hq will process any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable deductions for bonus abuse or fraud) in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the win hq Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
